Additional Work Groups

NHS Professionals currently supply Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust with temporary workers from the Nursing and Admin & Clerical work groups however, to further support the Trust in ensuring they meet the demands of the service users, the Trust have now commissioned NHS Professionals to recruit and supply temporary workers in the following work groups

Shifts for this work group will generally be released on a long-term placement basis with a placement being anything up to 12 weeks in length and could include

·         Clinical Psychologists

·         Physiotherapists

·         Speech & language Therapists

·         Cognitive Behavioural Therapists

Personal Social Services

Shifts for this work group will generally be released on a long-term placement basis with a placement being anything up to 12 weeks in length and could include

·         Social Workers

·         Health Trainers

·         Drug Intervention Programme Recovery Workers

How it works

Long term placements are submitted by ward managers which are subsequently managed by NHS Professionals, who have an up-to-date record of all placements across the whole of the Trust.

Once received, the placement details are reviewed and registered bank workers are contacted with the relevant details asking if they are interested. Details are then sent to the hiring managers who then arrange interviews to decide who is most suitable depending on the specific requirements of the role.
